Digia Client configuration

This page will show you how to replace old or default configuration, with new configuration files emailed to you in a zip format.  Configuration for location is stored in a single file.  So we will be finding where these files are at, deleting them, and saving new files.  If you have any problems feel free to call matt at 712-580-3243.

1.   Save the configurations.zip file emailed to you by Andrews Security.  To make things easier save the file on your c:/ drive.

2.  Close all active programs until you see you desktop.  Double click  My Computer  Navigate to your c:\ drive.  Right click configurations.zip and select copy. 

3.  Navigate to C:\Program Files\Digia Client\Configurations.  Hit Ctrl+A on your keyboard.  Then press delete.  MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN THE CONFIGURATIONS FOLDER.  if you are not his operation could potentially disable your computer.  Right click and select PASTE.

4.  The next step require that you unpack all of the configurations.zip file.  Most windows XP have this feature built in.  If yours does not then download and install a evaluation copy on UnRar by clicking here. 

5. Now right click the configurations.zip file...select UnRar... and extract here.  The window should fill up with new configuration files named after your locations.  You are now ready to open the Digia Client software and load the configurations as you need.
