How to add a card with EntraPass
software:
Open your entrapass from the shortcut on your
desktop. If there is no shortcut then go to your start
menu...programs...entrapass...workstation.
1. Press the login button and enter your
username and password.

2. Now click on the Users tab along the top of the program.
Click the Card button.

3. The card window will now open. Here you can modify
cards, or add new cards. The procedure for each is virtually
the same. The only difference is with a new card you must
enter the PIN on the card and press enter. To
modify an existing card use the up and down arrows next to the card
number entry box.

4. Click on the access level tab toward the middle of the
window and assign the card an access level with the pull down menu.
(If this pull down menu is not available you need to click in the
card number box and press enter).

5. If this is a permanent card then skip to step 6.
Otherwise click on the miscellaneous tab. Now assign the card
an end date by clicking the "USE END DATE" check box and choosing a
date.

6. After you are sure you have entered all of the information
correct, press the save button .
This will send the information to the door. You can click the
new button
to enter a new card or press close to exit the card entry window.
7. The last step is to make sure communications were
successful. This is a precautionary step. Click
the Desktop tab along the top of the screen and click desktop 1.
This will show all changes made to the system. It should have
a successful card modification entry at the bottom and list the card
number you added/modified. You can now log out of the program.
