To save files to your computer for converting or viewing later, follow these steps:

1. connect to your DVR.  Input username and password.

2. Click on the play button on the top of the screen.

3.  Select download by clicking the circle next to the Download (.DRV) option.

4.  Now select the place that you want the file saved.  To make it simpler we recommend that you create a folder on your C: drive named camera files.  Then click ok

5.  Select the (1) start date and time, (2) the end date and time, and (3) then click ok.  (The longer the time period you select, the longer the download will take.  This is not designed for backing up the entire hard drive.)

6.  Wait for the download to finish.  Once the downloading box is done verify that the file is on your hard drive before continuing.
