You will first need the latest CMS Software installed on your computer.  Click here to download it.

1. Go to start menu...program files...CMS....and click on the CMS icon.

2. Type in the default login info which is USER NAME: admin   PASSWORD: 1234.  Then click PLAYER.  This will bring up the player program.

4.  Click FILE menu and select OPEN.

5.Now you are at the main converter window.  First click on the Convert to AVI box.  Then Find your downloaded file by selecting the drive and the folder it is in.  Last double click the file name on the file on the right side of the window.  Wait for the converter to finish and click ok.

6.  Now you can close the CMS program  and any other windows you have opened.  Go to My Computer and navigate to C:/ProgramFiles/CMS/AVI.  This folder contains all files that you have converted on this computer.  Select the files you need, right click on them, and select copy.  Then find the location that you want to copy them to, right click, and select paste.  You might want copy them to a thumb drive or to a CD for backup or distribution.
