Unique Christmas Stockings
with Kathy Barth
Date: Tues., Oct 24
Time: 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Fee: $10 member $15 nonmember
Supplies: Kathy will supply wonder under, needles and
yarn.
Find old wool sweaters in colors that would work for Christmas
(Good Will is a great place), take them home , wash them in hot
water and dry them to shrink, cut up in sections and piece
together to make special, unique Christmas stockings.
Students unable to bring their own sweaters will be able to get
felted sweaters from Kathy for an additional $10.

Learn to Knit
with Kathy Barth
Date: Thurs., Oct 26
Thurs., Nov 2
Time: 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Fee: $12 member $17 nonmember
Kathy will keep this class very basic to get beginners started
with a simple knitting project such as a scarf. Students
are to find a size #8 knitting needle and a skein of worsted
weighted wool. yarn. |
Sculpture
with William Lieb
Date: Tues., Nov 7
Time: 6:30 - 9:30 pm
William Lieb will be exhibiting in the Gallery and is kind
enough to offer a sculpture class! Participants will cut
irregular shapes with exacto knives from foam core. The
pieces will be used to create a 3-D sculpture. All
supplies will be provided. |
Pottery
with Chad Elliott
Date: Nov. 7, 14, 21
Time: 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Fee: $38 member $48 nonmember
Supplies: $12 for clay
This class is designed for all levels of experience.
Students will do hand building and learn how to throw pots on
the pottery wheel. |
Beading Jewelry
with Kim Smith
Date: Tues., Nov. 14
Time: 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Fee: $25 member $30 nonmember
Supplies: all provided
Students will select from a wonderful assortment of beads to
make a bracelet. They learn about the best tools and
supplies to use for beading bracelets, earrings and necklaces.
Each student will make a beautiful bracelet for themselves. |
